Domestic Shipping Policy
We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders for delivery within India. We aim to deliver your order accurately, in good condition, and on time. Currently, we deliver to select cities across India. Shipping time is typically 3-5 business days for "Available in Stock" items within all cities in India. For pin codes away from major cities, delivery may take up to 7 business days, but we strive to complete the delivery within 5 business days. For "Custom Design" or Made To Order items, delivery time is 10-15 business days across India.
Each order can only be shipped to a single destination address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you will need to place multiple orders.
To ensure your order reaches you promptly and in good condition, we only ship through reputed logistics partners such as Sequel Logistics, Blue Dart, BVC, and India Post. While we strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics or availability. If you believe the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging has been tampered with or damaged, please do not accept it. We will make our best efforts to ensure a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest. All shipments are fully insured and require a signature confirmation from the recipient. Your order will only be shipped once the issuing bank approves your payment. You may be required to send a scanned copy of your ID for proof of shipping address to our email or WhatsApp (+91-9744355555) before the product is shipped.

Our customer service may contact you for additional information if required. After your order is shipped, you will receive an order tracking number via email. You can track your shipment online through our website's order tracking option or by visiting the logistic partner's website.
International Shipping Policy
We use reputed couriers such as India Post, BVC Logistics, and Sequel for international shipping, ensuring that the first delivery attempt is made within 10 working days of placing the order, provided there are no delays by any governmental authority or other entities acting on behalf of the government. The shipment will be delivered by partners of these couriers in your country, typically the national postal service of the destination country. The actual delivery date may vary based on the service levels of the local shipping partner.
For international orders, the shipping cost will be automatically calculated and displayed on the checkout page. Customers are responsible for the shipping and handling charges plus any applicable duties at the destination. All shipments of jewelry exported from India must be cleared by the Indian customs office. Products, along with their complete documentation, are filed with the authorized officer of the Indian customs office for inspection, examination, and assessment. Only after this process will the shipment be delivered to your shipping address.
