15 Day Return Policy

General Return Policy

a) If you are not satisfied with the jewelry or solitaire purchased from us, you can return it within 15 days from the date of delivery. b) The 15-day return policy on solitaires is valid only if you are returning it for design changes or selection change. For other reasons, shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount. c) Free returns are applicable only for domestic orders within India. d) Customers should not return the product before receiving a confirmation email from Diamond Roseries LLP. e) If you are returning the product after 15 days, the diamond value will be refunded based on the Authenticity Card and the gold value based on the current market price for all products except solitaires. f) The return should be accompanied by the Authenticity Card issued by Diamond Roseries LLP, the Original/Copy of the Invoice, and the original lab certificate for solitaire stones (either stand-alone or used in the jewelry) for the refund to be initiated within 10-15 working days of receipt of the product. g) If you cannot produce the original lab certificate of the solitaire stones (either stand-alone or used in the jewelry), we will send the jewelry/solitaire to the lab for recertification. The shipping and certification cost of Rs 9000/- shall be borne by the customer. h) The product will not be accepted under the 15-day return policy if the tag is removed. i) During the quality check by our team, if any item shows signs of wear and tear or has been resized, altered, or damaged, the product will not be accepted under the Return Policy. In such cases, our “After 15 Day Return Policy” will be applicable. j) The “15-day Return Policy” is not applicable for customized jewelry (including personalized/engraved products). k) Complimentary return is applicable for all orders except Cash On Delivery. l) For return of Cash On Delivery orders, shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Contact our dedicated customer service team at +91-9744355555 or email us to request a return. We will collect the product from the provided shipping address and initiate the refund process after ensuring the products meet the return quality.
  • Alternatively: a) Login to your Diamond Roseries LLP account and visit "My Orders." Here, you will have an option to return your order with a relevant reason. b) In case of a refund under the 15-day return policy, the payment will be done via online bank transfer to the customer’s account within 10-15 working days of receipt of the product. If the mode of payment was through debit/credit card or net banking, the refund will be reversed back to the original account from which the payment was made. c) Keep the original packing and the item in its sealed form with all relevant documents such as the Diamond Roseries LLP Authenticity Card, Original/Copy of the Invoice, Lab Certificate, and securely repack. d) Customers should not return the product before receiving an email confirmation from Diamond Roseries LLP. e) All jewelry returned to Diamond Roseries LLP must come with all relevant documents such as the Original/Copy of the Invoice and the original lab certificate for solitaire stones (either stand-alone or used in the jewelry). f) Return of the product will be accepted only from the customer directly, except in special circumstances like the death of the customer, accompanied by valid documents (Death Certificate, Proof of Relationship with the deceased person).

Return on Domestic Orders (Within India)

In case of a domestic order, a 100% refund will be made. The order amount will be refunded to the customer within 10-15 working days of receipt of the product and quality check, except for solitaires, provided all return conditions are met.

Return on International Orders

Diamond Roseries LLP will not entertain any request for the return of products based on international orders except under the following conditions: a) If the product is in a defective/damaged condition, the return can be initiated. Our Quality Assurance team will inspect the product and, once it passes the Quality Assurance test, the refund will be initiated instantly. b) Customers can ship the product back to our registered office address. The shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

After 15 Day Return Policy

a) For returns after 15 days, a 100% refund on diamond value will be made based on your authenticity certificate and gold value based on the current market price. b) Shipping charges, GST, Flood Cess, Bank charges/Payment gateway charges will be deducted from the refund amount. c) Customers should not return the product before receiving an email confirmation from Diamond Roseries LLP. d) All jewelry returned to Diamond Roseries LLP should be accompanied by all relevant documents such as the Original/Copy of the Invoice and the original lab certificate for solitaire stones (either stand-alone or used in the jewelry). e) If you cannot produce the original lab certificate of the solitaire stones (either stand-alone or used in the jewelry), we will send the jewelry/solitaire to the lab for recertification. The shipping and certification cost of Rs 9000/- shall be borne by the customer.
